Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, fostering a personalized and welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays and available inventory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools effectively.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the pro shop and its merchandise (e.g., email marketing, social media, in-house promotions).
- Collaborate with other club departments to promote the pro shop.
- Prioritize product displays based on sales performance
- Enforce company standards and image
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
Qualifications
- Experience working as a merchandiser or similar position
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
