What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Coordinator position at Fox Dental?
We are looking for a full-time in-office Treatment Coordinator for our Dental Office. Experience working in a restorative practice is highly valued, and familiarity with EagleSoft are desired, but not prerequisites. As the financial coordinator for the practice, you will work closely with the patients, explain their benefits, communicate any insurance concerns, and manage any insurance or financial disputes. You should have excellent customer service skills and share a professional relationship with insurance companies to ensure success in balancing patients benefits with insurance payments.
Essential functions
- Create all treatment plans and schedule all patients. Help patients navigate through stages of the treatment plan.
- Answer and return incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Assist Care Center Lead and Scheduling coordinator as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout patient visits.
- Attend morning huddles.
- Address emails, texts, and patient communication correspondence.

Processes all payments, an dall insurance billings for patient services.
- Ensures coordination of benefits are accurate and considered as part of the financial planning.
