Mobile Tour Sports Sales Representative
Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, was founded by two former MLB players and their athletic trainer who began handcrafting bats for some of the best players in the game from their garage in 2004. Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Mobile Tour Sports Sales Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge, La. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, selling sports-related products, and representing our brand at various mobile tour locations. You will be working independently and managing your schedule to ensure maximum productivity during weekends. A passion for baseball and softball is essential for success in this position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Represent and sell sports products (primarily baseball/softball-related) at mobile tour locations.
- Engage with customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence at events.
- Independently manage your schedule and set up sales stations at various tour stops.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds of sports equipment and displays as required.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the sales area is organized and presentable.
- Work effectively with little supervision while ensuring all event goals are met.
- Gather contacts and build a customer base,
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Help product team identify market changes and help with field testing.
- Maintain appearance of company vehicles.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of baseball and softball sports and equipment.
- Full-Time/Weekend Availability Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Manage and track inventory.
- Geographic territory, but travel outside set area may be required.
- Clean driving record.

Position Qualifications:
Education: High school degree required
Experience: 2 -3 years of sales or sales support experience required
