Job Summary: Account Manager is responsible for representing Fox Innovation and Technologies products in a defined geographic territory with the goal of achieving company annual plan. This role allows the right candidate an opportunity for future growth within our company.

- Development and execution of an annual plan
- Find, develop and close opportunities with new and existing clients
- Management and deployment of selling resources within the territory
- Opportunity management tracking/forecasting and competitive awareness
- Develop a strategy to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers
- Won/loss reporting, defining/communicating client needs/market conditions
- Strength in public speaking and creative problem-solver with a competitive drive to win
- Successfully manages multiple priorities and delivers work on-time
- Comfortable working with ambiguous or dated client information
- Comfortable working on a small team with broad responsibilities
- Capable of working independently without close supervision and knows when to ask for help.
- Work from home is possible with demonstrated schedule attainment.

- Must have excellent mechanical aptitude

- Travel 50% in the territory of major accounts (Domestic only)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- 5-10 years of experience sales/ engineering in rotating equipment industry with knowledge of turbo/reciprocating/steam applications.
