Key Responsibilities Include The Following. Others May Be Assigned.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Writes up repair order after referring to service history and vehicle inspection.
- Establishes “promised time” for completed work.
- Reviews work completed with customer and obtains signature.
- Processes payment for work.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Oil Change Technician.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Salary : $15 - $17
