- Responsible to collect driver’s license, credit card information and insurance from every customer.
- Required to create a loaner contract in TSD for each customer.
- Contact each customer the day or evening before the scheduled service appointment.
- Keep an updated list of available vehicles so that the advisors can utilize for unscheduled appointments or emergencies.
- Responsible to know the utilization % for each loaner vehicle.
- Responsible for keeping all loaners clean.
- Responsible to maintain proper fuel levels on all loaner vehicles.
- Responsible to check each vehicle for damage / misuse upon return.
- Responsible for pulling vehicles from or adding vehicles to the loaner fleet.
- Responsible for putting the appropriate plates on each vehicle and removing the plates from retired loaner vehicles.
- Communication with advisors to know which vehicles in service are complete.
- Coordinate with customers to get loaners returned in a timely manner upon the completion of his / her vehicle in service.
- Responsible for monitoring aged loaner contracts.
