Branch Operations Manager

Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. What are we looking for?

As a Branch Office Manager, you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians and providing customer service to our current and prospective customers over the phone. We want someone with a positive attitude, who is teachable and eager to learn and has a commitment to honesty and hard work.

A day in the Life of a Branch Office Manager

• Supporting one or more of our 30 regional branches
• Manage 3-15 Customer Service Representatives
• Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
• Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
• Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned

What is needed to be successful?

• High School degree/GED (required)
• College Degree (preferred, but not required)
• 2-5 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Happy, positive personality with a willingness to improve
• Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
• Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
• Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
