Fox Pest Control is seeking an IT Support Specialist level 1 who will be employed by Pyramid, but will be based at Fox Pest Control, where you will receive day-to-day support and direction. We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, is eager to learn, and is committed to honesty and hard work. This position maintains all of Fox Pest Control's hardware and software of information technology systems through face-to-face, phone, and ticket system communications. This is a hybrid position located in Logan, UT., Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 : 00 AM and 8 : 00 PM, an occasional Saturday will also be required (on-call or in-office basis).
Essential Functions :
- Communicate with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs
- Troubleshoot technology problems with client groups to ensure satisfaction and operation of technology
- Complete daily tasks such as completing IT tickets
- Collaborate on challenging projects to support the growth of Fox
- Establish and maintain positive customer / coworker relationships
- Manage various sites, applications, and software used by Fox team members Competencies :
