A Day in the Life of an Office Administrator for Inside Sales
As an Office Administrator for our Inside Sales team you will be responsible for taking extreme ownership in auditing newly-created customer information and make changes when necessary as well as completing other internal audits. You will have the opportunity to show your leadership skills and show courage as you identify training opportunities, provide feedback about overall processes, and measure the overall quality of the sale.
What is Needed to be Successful?
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and content with working consistent processes throughout the day
- Data entry skills
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Office experience is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office, G Suite, and industry-specific programs.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
