The Position
We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while also planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties performed.
A Day in the Life of a Pest Service Manager
- Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management
- Work closely with branch owners ( suggest Replace w Branch Manager) and office personnel
- Supervise, train and evaluate technicians
- Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures
- Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10 individuals
- Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others
- Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch( move to first )
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required
- Minimum of 2 experience in leadership
- Pest Control or Lawn Care industry experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations
- Previous sales management experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and retention skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills including route
- management
- Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
- This position is subject to a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
- Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license
