Fox Rent A Car, a part of Europcar Mobility Group USA, seeks a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Fleet Manager. In this role, you will oversee the Vehicle Maintenance department, coordinate new vehicle deliveries, manage collision repairs, and ensure the smooth flow of off-lot moves. You'll also monitor inventory, review damage estimates, and maintain strong relationships with local dealerships and service providers.
You will:
- Review reservations, returns, and fleet production to maintain situational awareness
- Oversee the Vehicle Maintenance department and monitor staff
- Monitor new vehicle deliveries to the location, daily contact with the manufacturer's shipping contractors for itineraries and possible re-scheduling
- Review of Damage Estimate process and ensure approvals are sought
- Direct and monitor all off-lot moves to dealers, mechanical vendors, and satellite storage lots
- Direct collision repairs to vendors, monitor Repair LAG and request updates from repair shops
- Reviews daily inventory results, make inquiries and seek resolution of any anomalies noted
- Review monthly inventory and usage reports for purchased consumables, tires, and parts
- Maintain good business relationships with local OEM dealerships, and other service providers
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
