We're looking for a Customer Service Return Agent to join our team and become a key Company Promoter at our location. As a Ready Line Agent, You Will
- Keep the ready line area clean and presentable at all times
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and ready for customers
- Pull cars out of line that don't pass standards and send them for servicing
- Perform vehicle exchanges/vehicle swaps & upgrades as requested
- Ensure all vehicles have a completed checkout slip
- Assist customers with locating their car and assist with luggage when needed
- Assist in moving or parking cars throughout the facility
- Welcome all customers back to the facility by exhibiting an approachable and welcoming presence
- Inspect returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel level
- Secure vehicle keys from the customer and ensure that all luggage and personal belongs are removed
- Complete appropriate forms and paperwork to notify management of any mechanical damage and/or issues to the vehicle
- Review the final rental contract with the customer and explain all charges
- Have an eye for detail
- Engage customers leaving the facility with a polite and enthusiastic tone
- Validate that customer rental agreement is complete and accurate
- Scan all required documents/agreements, keeping all paperwork neatly organized
- Acquire customer signature on printed checkout slip
- Maintain the appearance of the booth - both inside and outside the surrounding area
- Wish customers a safe journey and ask if they need information, directions, landmarks, etc.
