What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brewer position at Fox River Brewery and Restaurant - Appleton?
You will work with the Brew Master and other brewers to assist in all brewery operations. This includes, but not limited to, General cleanliness, Assist in wort production, Tank cleaning and sanitation, Cleaning and filling kegs, Data recording, Handling raw materials, Bottling operations, Fermentation monitoring, Yeast movement, Deliveries and Product distribution, Represent our Brewery at Beer Events, Must have a vehicle in order to travel between locations. You would be hired to work at both locations. Requirements: Brewing experience and education is a plus, but not necessary. We will train the right candidate. Ability to lift 55# and move 165#. Ability to work 8 hours on your feet in a wet, hot, noisy, busy environment. Ability to work in a past paced environment. Good communication skills. A passion for great beer. Beer Geeks are welcome! Must be a positive outgoing person. Must be willing to work irregular hours. You WOULD be working some nights and on some weekends. Must be able to work in both locations: Appleton and Oshkosh. Must have valid Drivers License. Must be 21 years old or older.2
