Family Law Associate - Philadelphia, PA
Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Philadelphia, PA office for an associate in the Family Law Department. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Family law clerkship and large law firm experience are preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
Visual Acuity
- Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
