Fox Rothschild is looking for a New Business Intake Processor to join our team. As a member of the Office of the General Counsel Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Firm's critical risk management functions.
About the Role
The New Business Intake Processor will perform various duties associated with new business intake processing and conflict of interest reporting. This includes analyzing information and interpreting search results, conducting research via internal and external sources, and composing conflict-of-interest reports.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience with conflicts-of-interest and new business intake or related risk management/loss prevention processes in a law firm environment
- Knowledge of conflicts-of-interest and new business intake principles, including the ability to utilize and interpret data produced by research and workflow tools such as Conflicts Management, Intapp Open, Elite, and Elegrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation
- Strong evaluative and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
This role operates in a clerical, office setting and requires regular use of standard office equipment.
