Assistant Director of Nursing – Full-time

Responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with the operations and programs of the nursing department. Assists in directing, coordinating and supervising all clinical staff. Responsible for monitoring appropriate job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of staff as directed by the Director of Nursing. Assures the residents’ rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to register complaints, are well established and maintained. Engages in studies and investigations related to improving care. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current NYS Registered Nurse license.

Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 (depends on experience)
