Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients. Job Requirements

• Provide nutritional and attractive meals for residents and facility employees
• Maintain an organized and sanitary environment
• Monitor supply inventories
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
• Complies with all federal and state laws, rules and regulations of licensing agencies, and JCAHO standards for the quality of patient care

Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with meal preparation and serving
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special diets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Candidates should be available to work weekends as needed.
