Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care to meet each resident's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Follow Medicare, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures ensuring departmental understanding and compliance
- Work with interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed throughout their care
- Document services and billing accurately and in a timely manner using business line specific formats
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience working with older adult population related to therapies (preferred)
- Current CPR Certification
- Current valid state license in occupational therapy assistant (where applicable)
