Job Description and Requirements
As a Grounds Worker II, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of the community, including lawns, trees, gardens, and shrubbery, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Responsibilities include regular inspections, collaboration with colleagues, and developing effective solutions to improve processes and procedures.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping or grounds experience
- Valid driver's license required if operating Community vehicles
- Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a non-standard schedule and be assigned an on-call schedule as needed
- Ability to attend a Horticulture program if required
