Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of resident care and ensuring that staffing and resident care standards are followed.
Essential Duties:
- Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested.
- Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Lead and direct nursing staff in the event of an emergency situation.
Education and Experience:
- Basic computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office, internet, and web applications.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
