Fox News Digital is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
A DevOps Engineer will be responsible for improving and maintaining software development, test and live infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, have experience with Linux and is comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment.
Your primary mission as a DevOps Engineer is working closely with the development, technical operations, quality assurance, and product management teams, to ensure the timely delivery of robust technical solutions for platforms under the Fox News Digital Team.
- Development and promotion of new DevOps tools to simplify the build process and entire continuous delivery pipeline
- Build and maintain a CI / CD pipelines using Github Actions, Cloud Formation Templates, Terraform, Docker, and containerization to support the team's AWS multi-region / multi-AZ deployed production systems.
- Design and improve CDN configurations for our web, app and OTT services
- Design, build and support infrastructure technologies and services that follow operational and security best practices.
- Monitor daily performance of networks, systems, and infrastructure to ensure operations continue within acceptable parameters.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $106,000.00-145,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $88,300.00-120,800.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
