Fox Subacute is a skilled nursing facility that specializes in pulmonary, neurological and rehabilitative care for patients with degenerative neurological and neuromuscular diseases. Since 1985 Fox Subacute has provided stellar, top notch, consistent care for trach and ventilator dependent patients. Fox offers short and long term rehab services customized to each patients needs and we take pride in upholding the highest standards of care for our medically complex residents.
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our vibrant team of healthcare providers, which include Respiratory Therapists, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses. We offer flexible schedules that include 12 hour shifts, with openings for both days and nights, fulltime, and PRN. The ideal candidate will be someone who is outgoing, observant, has great communication skills, and is punctual. The candidate should be a team player who is able and willing to provide safe, compassionate, competent and ethical care to our patients.
