Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning services including life insurance, investments, and retirement solutions.
- Build and scale your own book of business through a client-focused, consultative approach.
- Retain clients by providing ongoing service, financial reviews, and planning updates.
- Leverage advanced strategies to set goals, close deals, and maximize revenue.
- Guide clients through financial transitions, from protection to wealth building.
- Educate clients and advisors on financial strategies, product offerings, and long-term planning.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience in sales, marketing, financial planning/advising, insurance sales, or wealth management.
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 7 license
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
