ABOUT THE ROLE

This Senior Product Manager - Engagement role focuses on stakeholder engagement for Fox Weather, acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholder teams and the Fox News Digital Technical team to ensure alignment on strategic goals, deliverables, and timelines. The Senior Product Manager will be an integral partner in driving alignment with Fox Weather stakeholders and collaborating closely with the technical team to deliver impactful business initiatives across Web, Mobile Web, and Connected TV platforms.

In addition to managing stakeholder relationships for Fox Weather, this role will have the opportunity to launch new revenue-driving features, such as affiliate marketing programs with Amazon and other partners. This role will also help to streamline the Business Intelligence analytics ticketing workstream and improve communication and workflows for AdTech development.

a Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the central point of contact for Fox Weather stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring alignment with business and technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver key initiatives on time and with precision.
• Proactively address stakeholder needs, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution to drive business value.
  
  

Business Intelligence Analytics Workstream:

• Own and manage the Business Intelligence workstream, including prioritizing ticket queues and ensuring alignment with organizational analytics objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, and technical teams to deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
• Introduce process improvements to enhance communication and efficiency across analytics workflows
  
  

AdTech Workstream Management:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of AdTech projects to support and expand revenue opportunities.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to evaluate and deploy innovative advertising solutions, ensuring seamless integration and measurable impact.
  
  

Strategic Business Development Initiatives:

• Lead and execute strategic projects in partnership with the Business Development team, delivering features that drive incremental revenue and growth.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Successfully launch new affiliate marketing programs, contributing directly to revenue and engagement objectives.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with teams across product management, editorial, marketing, finance, analytics, sales, and legal to align and deliver business priorities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across multiple teams to achieve strategic goals.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Experience in product management.
• Extensive experience working on video streaming and mobile apps, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in media, technology, and weather-related domains.
• Strong track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders and driving project success.
• Existing acumen and desire to continue building expertise in Business Intelligence tools, AdTech systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Experience working with Agile-requirement definition, ticket creation, sprint management, and other rituals.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $121,500.00-170,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $101,200.00-141,600.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
