Primary Responsibilities Include:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships through clear and compassionate communication. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Insurance Verifications and Authorizations: Assist with verifying insurance benefits, obtaining necessary authorizations, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client insurance information.
Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage patient and provider schedules to optimize efficiency. Reschedule appointments as needed while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Patient Feedback Monitoring: Regularly review and respond to patient feedback, addressing concerns and escalating issues to management when necessary. Strive to create a welcoming and positive experience for all clients.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, maintaining patient records, and processing paperwork in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Billing Assistance: Collaborate with billing staff to ensure accurate submission of claims and timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, management, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for both clients and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated and organized professional with at least 2 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience is a major plus!).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative tools (bonus points for familiarity with EMR systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with clients, families, and staff.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- An individual with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
