- Work closely with Community Relations Directors (CRD) to strategically market and elevate community visibility.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new residents, ensuring a seamless and positive transition. Required Skills and Qualifications:LPN PreferredAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a Business or Health related field preferred.Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred. Minimum one (1) year experience in senior living, with a preference for assisted living, dementia/memory care, home health, or long-term care.Prior experience with the senior population, specifically Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease.Previous supervisory/management experience focusing on staff supervision and daily operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask.Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new applications.
