We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team and contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents.Responsibilities:Hands-On Repairs:Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, basic drywall repair and other general handyman duties.Routine Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and safety of the facilities.Assist in Emergency Response:Participate actively in emergency response efforts, utilizing your handyman skills to resolve issues promptly and minimize disruptions.Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.Familiarity with modern maintenance management software, including TELS.Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive emergency response plans for maintenance-related incidents.Coordination with relevant teams during emergencies to minimize disruptions and ensure resident safety.Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and repair facility equipment, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working order.Technical Repairs:Perform technical repairs and maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical systems.Preventive Maintenance:Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity and facility efficiency.Collaboration with Team:Work collaboratively with other staff members and departments to address facility-related needs and ensure a smooth operation.Assist in Emergency Response:Participate actively in emergency response efforts, utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and repair facility equipment, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working order.If you are a dedicated and versatile individual with proven skills in either general maintenance or technical repairs and have a passion for maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for seniors, we invite you to apply.
