Position: Home Health Aide (HHA)
The HHA is the heart of our homes, responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. You'll build relationships with residents and their families while supporting daily activities and needs, ensuring that each person's care plan is followed. We pride ourselves on delivering service that goes above and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities, including grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting.

Build strong relationships with residents and families.

Follow care plans, offering personalized support based on individual needs.

Maintain residents' privacy, comfort, and dignity.

Collaborate with the Care Partner team to create meaningful activities.

Ensure a safe, clean, and homelike environment for residents.

Cook healthy meals as part of a team effort.

Support a positive, team-focused culture with management and staff.
Qualifications:

Passion for serving seniors with exceptional customer service.

High school diploma/GED required.

State-required certification or license.

At least 18 years old.

Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Flexible, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
Schedule: Per Diem - Shifts available: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
