Job Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients in a professional manner.
Part-time hours Monday through Friday, 5PM to 9PM. This position includes a Saturday rotation. Saturday hours are 8AM to 3PM. This position is NOT eligible to be done remotely. This is an in-office position.
Everdry Waterproofing has been in business since 1978. We are continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated individual to excel and grow within our company.
This position involves scheduling and confirming appointments for FREE basement inspections. You will utilize our list of leads and referrals to initiate warm out-bound calls and engage in meaningful conversation with homeowners over the phone.
Past experience that would be helpful in this position: dispatch, collections, cold calling, warm calling, telemarketing, sales.
You would be working in a high energy and fun environment. Our goal is to train and enable you to succeed individually. When you succeed, so does the rest of our team.
Pay: $16.50-18.00 per hour, depending on experience daily/weekly bonuses and monthly commissions. Total compensation currently averages out to between $20 and $25 per hour. The sky is the limit; and with the correct type of effort, you would be able to out-earn our current average pay.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and General Manager to optimize lead generation strategies
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technology sales, business development, inside sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively communicate product/service benefits
- Familiarity with Lead Perfection, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is advantageous
- Excellent telemarketing skills and the ability to engage prospects over the phone
