What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Fox Valley Everdry Waterproofing?
Duties:
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
-Assist with onboarding
-Follow up with new-hires
Requirements:
- Ability to navigate and utilize the hiring platform really to communicate with candidates.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
