Professional Mover and Driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mover that can drive box truck. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving a van or box truck, and be comfortable with moving household goods in and out of homes. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and ensuring that the clients items are delivered efficiently and safely.

Duties:
- Operate a box truck
- Load and unload Box truck to ensure the clients households goods stay protected.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and responding promptly to their needs.
- Drive in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

-Be able to keep a good pace of moving boxes and furniture for household moves.

-Basic assembly and disassembly such as treadmills, doors, washers, and other household goods and appliances

- Be able to work until the job is done

- Every other weekend, doing deliveries for our commercial clients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a mover or in a related field.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Basic Movers/Drivers will start at $23 an hour. With experience and value brought such as the ability to manage a team wages would range from $25-$30.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
