HOURS : Monday - Sunday, weekends required
RATE : $15 / hour - minimum starting rate
TYPE : Part-Time / Seasonal
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be a responsible and reliable person 15 years or older with reliable transportation. Requires strong people and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public. Possess general office skills, good phone etiquette, good typing, filing, copying, faxing, and general math skills. Strong computer skills especially with MS Word and Excel. Will be required to learn our RecTrac Recreation Software. Attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability are required. Bi-lingual Spanish is helpful. Ability to maintain discretion regarding confidential matters and information. The successful candidate must project a professional appearance.
DUTIES :
Under the direction and supervision of the Aquatics Program Manager will provide quality customer service to members and guests of the facility. Duties may include but are not limited to : answering and directing calls, offering assistance and information regarding aquatics programs and events, explaining safety rules, looking up rentals, tracking daily admissions, etc. Will be assigned to one facility but may be asked to fill in at other locations as needed. This is an at-will position.
