Summary
As a Project Manager at Foxboro Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects that enhance our property management services. This position is essential in ensuring that we meet our mission of exceeding client expectations while fostering a supportive environment for our tenants.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple property management projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate communication between clients, tenants, and team members to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Project Management (Required)
- Construction Background (Preferred)
- Property Management experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Wisconsin Tenant Landlord Law (Preferred)
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Outlook (Required)
- Advanced knowledge of social media business platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
- Ability to follow direction and work well either alone or as part of a team
- Strong organization, written, and oral communication are a must
- The ability to multitask while in a fast-paced environment
- Timeliness, quality, accuracy, etc. are important to this role Attendance, punctuality, positive outlook and attitude, and the passion to turn challenges into opportunities are vital attributes necessary to be successful in this position.
- Facilitates communication and smooth workflow within and between groups.
- Delivers solutions and service to internal and external customers which consistently exceed expectations
