- Oversee the management of the Engineering Department, including product and process engineering.
- Integrate and streamline process resources to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate production schedules and address abnormalities, ensuring timely reporting.

- Lead process change and improvement meetings to drive continuous enhancements.
- Facilitate regular engineering-related meetings with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
- Guide team members in professional knowledge, discipline, and skills development.
- Qualifications
- Over 7 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in SMT processes and familiar with IPC-610/600 standards.
- Experience in new product introduction (NPI).
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
