FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator that will work as part of a team to develop and maintain QMS documentation and coordinate the ESD program. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Document Control and ESD Departments in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.The Quality Systems Administrator will spearhead projects within MasterControl, provide training for those within the organization whom are unfamiliar with MasterControl, and assist the Document Control Department as needed. The Quality Systems Administrator will also oversee and assist enforcing the ESD program compliance.Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize the QMS software (MasterControl), including system configuration, user management, and workflow automation
- Develop, maintain, and review QMS documentation ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, while implementing version control and document lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional QMS improvement projects, including process mapping, gap analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for QMS and MasterControl software, creating training materials and conducting effectiveness assessments
- Monitor and analyze QMS metrics, generating detailed reports on quality trends, compliance rates, and system performance
- Oversee ESD equipment installation, validation, and certification processes according to industry standards
- Develop and implement ESD training programs, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment
- Maintain and audit ESD-related assets, conducting regular inspections and maintaining detailed documentation of maintenance activities
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for QMS software updates and ESD equipment maintenance
- Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both QMS and ESD processes
- Create and maintain quality control checkpoints throughout manufacturing processes
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum three years experience in training and/or quality management systems
- Strong communication and procedural skills required
- Must be able to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment
