The Program Analyst will analyze operational efficiency, provide data-driven insights, and assist the Supply Chain Management Department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex data pipelines using ETL processes to ensure accurate analytics and reporting across multiple supply chain systems
- Apply advanced statistical methods and predictive analytics models to forecast production trends, identify anomalies, and optimize inventory levels
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions using Power BI and other BI tools to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility
- Lead cross-functional team collaborations with Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning departments to align data-driven strategies with business objectives
- Create and present comprehensive dashboards and analytical insights to executive stakeholders, focusing on key business metrics and ROI
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing KPIs aligned with industry standards and company objectives, ensuring real-time monitoring capabilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of KPI trends and variations using statistical process control methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Evaluate and forecast production capacity needs using advanced modeling techniques, considering seasonal variations and market demands
- Implement machine learning algorithms to optimize supply chain operations and predict potential bottlenecks
- Design and maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards to enhance vendor management processes
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for process improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required in industrial engineering, data analytics, or business administration
- 2-4 years previous experience required
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Microsoft Office required
