What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMS Specialist position at Foxconn Industrial Internet?
This position is responsible for managing the Integrated Management System (IMS), ESD and equipment calibration programs, Safety compliance, process improvement plans, key metrics, and developing / conducting / hosting internal and external audits.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Analyze IMS System data, develop heat mapping, pareto's and audit reports.
- Maintain ANSI / ESD 20.20 Control Plan and Equipment Calibration Program.
- Develop, plan, schedule and lead internal audit activities to ensure IMS system is maintained.
- Develop audit plan white papers, & conduct, opening and closing meetings.
- Host external customer IMS, ESD, and Safety Compliance audits.
- Drive audit finding nonconformities to closure ensuring effective RCCA's meet ISO requirements.
- Develop projects to drive continuous improvement of IMS Management Systems and ANSI / ESD 20.20 Control Program.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.
- Develop ISO / IMS, ESD, safety compliance and equipment calibration related training materials.
- Perform other duties in relation to ISO IMS, internal / external audits and training as assigned.
