Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and conducting technical training programs for PCB assembly and SMT processes.
- Support IPC-A-610 training and certification programs under the guidance of management.
- Maintain and update training records, certifications, and employee competency assessments.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify training needs and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and update training materials, instructional guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing enhancements to improve learning outcomes.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to employees to reinforce best practices.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, IPC standards, and SMT technologies.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, education, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or technical training.
- Familiarity with IPC standards, SMT processes, soldering techniques, and quality control practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create training materials and effectively deliver instruction to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MasterControl Document Control platform, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training programs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
