Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on, on-the-job training to employees in PCB assembly and SMT processes.
- Reinforce best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols during training sessions.
- Assist in evaluating employee skills and identifying areas for additional training.
- Support new hire training and onboarding activities on the production floor.
- Maintain training logs and records of employee progress.
- Work closely with production supervisors to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
- Stay up to date with manufacturing processes and assist in continuous improvement efforts.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in PCB assembly, SMT processes, or manufacturing training required.
- IPC-A-610 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
