Key Skills And Qualifications
- Deep understanding of signal integrity principles and methodologies in the context of connector development.
- Proficient in performing signal integrity simulations, analysis, and modeling using industry-standard tools such as ANSYS HFSS, Q2D, DesignerSI.
- Strong knowledge of high-speed connector design principles, transmission line theory, and impedance matching techniques.
- Extensive experience in conducting signal integrity testing, including time-domain and frequency-domain measurements.
- Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot signal integrity issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering connector development projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to team members/stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead Signal Integrity Initiatives: Spearhead signal integrity initiatives and provide technical leadership in the development of high-speed connectors, ensuring optimal signal integrity performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform Simulation and Analysis: Utilize advanced simulation tools to conduct signal integrity analysis, identify potential issues, and optimize connector designs for high-speed applications.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for signal integrity design, testing, and validation, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of connector development processes.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of connectors into various systems and applications.
- Mentor and Train: Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the signal integrity team.
