- Process reservations and manage room assignments using the front desk system.
- Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls professionally and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management throughout all interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service within the hospitality or resort industry is an asset.
