We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Technology Program Manager to lead and manage a large-scale Information Technology (IT) program supporting the IT infrastructure, networks, Audio/Visual (A/V) services, photo services, telecommunications services, and all associated services at multiple government sites while utilizing the ITIL best practices framework.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful performance of the program. The role requires a deep understanding of managing, developing, and implementing IT programs, along with meeting cost, technical, and schedule objectives while ensuring progress and status are effectively tracked and reported.

Job Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of the IT program, ensuring alignment with program objectives and requirements.
• Develop, implement, and control comprehensive program management plans and strategies to meet program goals.
• Coordinate and manage program staff and resources to ensure optimal program execution and that technical, schedule, and cost goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements while providing high-quality deliverables.
• Manage the program's budget, including tracking costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Track and report program status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
• Implement staffing solutions, identifying required resources and ensuring proper allocation and management throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Maintain and ensure the program meets relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a DoD program similar in scope and complexity.
• An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
• An ITIL Intermediate Level Certification.
• Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III Certification (CISM, CISSP, GSLC or CCISO).
• Strong experience in controlling and overseeing IT program execution, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Experience managing and overseeing staff, including identifying and implementing staffing solutions.
• Strong experience in tracking, reporting, and communicating program progress/status to both technical teams and leadership.
• Ability to manage multi-faceted projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, cost management, and scheduling within an IT program management context.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve issues proactively and make decisions that align with the program's objectives and client expectations.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligiblity required.

Desired Experience/Certifications

• An active PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
• Experience managing, as a PM, a Federal Government IT project and providing CSI, and providing managed services similar to the requirements.
• Experience managing a Federal Government IT contract for services similar to the requirements.
