Account Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has experience selling SERVICES to Fortune 500 companies.

We sell TO Marketing, Sales, & HR departments. We don't hire from our industry, we prefer the right person and will train.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our products/services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling TO Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
