Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Exhibit Tradeshow Pull/Prep Associate with warehousing experience to join our team. This role is responsible for pulling, prepping, and packing exhibit materials for tradeshows and events, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehousing and logistics, along with the ability to handle exhibit materials with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Tradeshow Preparation & Logistics

• Pull and prep exhibit booths, graphics, and display materials for upcoming tradeshows.
• Ensure all components are packed securely for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm all items are event-ready.
• Load and unload exhibit materials from trucks or storage racks.
• Coordinate with event managers to meet shipping and delivery deadlines.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain accurate inventory of exhibit materials using tracking systems.
• Organize and store exhibit assets properly to maximize space and accessibility.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of exhibit materials.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing new exhibit materials.

General Duties

• Follow safety guidelines while handling heavy or delicate materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• 1 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or event setup.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy exhibit materials (50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work.

Preferred:

• Experience in tradeshow logistics or exhibit management.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics coordination.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with periods of standing, lifting, and physical work.
• Occasional travel to tradeshow venues may be required.
• Work schedule may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends based on event schedules.
