What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Manager position at Foxwoods Resort Casino?
Under the supervision of the Director of Beverage, the incumbent assists in all assigned responsibilities and functions as the Beverage Director in his/her absence. High school diploma or GED required. Five (5) to seven (7) years of Beverage experience and (4) years management/supervisory experience in a high volume luxury beverage operation required. Extensive knowledge of liquor, beer and wine required. The employee is frequently required to stand or walk for long periods of time. Weekends, Holidays and business peak periods are required and frequent scheduling periods.
