Under the direction of the Technical Engineer the incumbent organizes, supervises and manages the repair and preventative maintenance activities of the Power Plant Operators at all on-site and off-site locations to ensure zero to minimal down time. High school diploma or technical certificate; State of CT S1 License required, as well as a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience with steam, boiler and refrigeration systems with five (5) years being in management, in a maintenance environment. Must have the ability to manage cross functional teams as directed. EPA Refrigerant certification required.
