What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Career Planning position at Foxwoods Resort Casino?
Under the direction of the Director of Workforce Development, the incumbent will assist in the development and administration of processes that support Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Members in training, development and career planning that will result in maintaining gratifying employment. Bachelors Degree required, Master degree preferred, in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related degree program. Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in career planning. A background as an instructor with technical curriculum development and training/Human Resources is desirable. Must have strong communication skills. Experience working in a large, diverse and complex organization is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite. Strong interpersonal, consulting, analytical, and project management skills are required.
