50%-55% Drop and Hook
85%-90% No touch
Avg weekly mileage 2,100 - 2,500
Layover after 48 hours earn $90 per 24 hours
Dock Dentition Pay starts after 2 hours at $12 per hour
Multi stop pay $35 per stop
