As a Lash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing our clients with top-notch lash extensions and exceptional customer service. You will utilize your artistic skills, attention to detail, and expertise to perform eyelash extension services, including application, removal, and maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable lash extensions.
• Applying lash extensions using various techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles, while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Customizing lash designs and lengths based on individual client preferences.
• Maintaining knowledge of the latest lash trends, products, and techniques to stay up to date in the industry.
• Educating clients on lash aftercare and recommending products for maintenance.
• Keeping accurate records of client preferences, allergies, and other relevant information.
• Using the POS system to schedule clients and check out clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in esthetics or cosmetology.
• Previous experience as a Lash Technician, Lash Stylist, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
