We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and optimizing processes to enhance productivity. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain logistics and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels.
- Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Utilize forklift equipment as needed for loading and unloading materials.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management is essential.
- Strong background in inventory management and supply chain logistics is preferred.
- Experience with NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.
- Familiarity with demand planning processes and shipping/receiving procedures is advantageous.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational workflows is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
